Additionally, plan to send the following items to school labeled with your child’s name:
• A FULL-size backpack – no roller bags – Thought it may seem large, especially for the littlest learners, each child is required to have a FULL-SIZE backpack. This backpack holds their lunchbox, diapers (for 1s and 2s), a complete change of clothes, a leak-proof water bottle, and a folder (which teachers will supply.) Please do not send them to school with a tiny backpack or a tote bag. It’s important for children to have their hands free - one hand to hold and the other to carry their in-house carpool number, and backpacks just work best. You will be issued a bag tag at Parent Orientation.
• A lunch box (labeled with your child’s name) containing a lunch and a drink. No juice boxes or juice bags please, and we would greatly appreciate you saving pizza Lunchables and Gogurt for at home snacking. They are extremely messy in class, and the messes they make require teachers to spend extra time cleaning which takes them away from teaching the fun activities they have planned.
• Water bottle – flip top straw – labeled with your child’s name
• Appropriate clothing for outside play (i.e. sneakers, coat, hats, mittens, etc.)
• Extra diapers (ones and twos), labeled with child’s name
• A complete change of clothes, including socks (all ages)
Do NOT bring:
• Toys
• Any items other than the ones listed above unless specified by the teacher

PARENT RESOURCES
The first step to enrolling your child for the upcoming school year is to contact the Weekday School office at 770-945-3549 to find out about class availability. Some of our classes fill up more quickly than others.
If there is available space at the time you register, you need to complete a registration form (one form per student) along with a Tuition Express form and a non-refundable deposit of $250. (Both forms are at the bottom of this page). If the class you want is full, we can put you on a waiting list and we will contact you if there is an opening.
Students are enrolled based on their age as of September 1, with the exception of one-year-olds. For our one-year-old class, children must be 15 months by September 1.
Children for the 3 years and older classes must be toilet trained.

WHY SHOULD I SEND MY KIDS?
TO SHADOWBROOK WEEKDAY SCHOOL
POSITIVE & FUN LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
We have three boys all have attended Shadowbrook weekday school, our youngest is currently in the three-year-old class. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience Shadowbrook. The most important thing to me is that the teachers put their hearts into what they’re doing and just love the kids. It is such a positive and fun learning environment. Our boys have loved it and learned so much. The school and the entire staff of been a true blessing to our family!
- Angela Veugeler
TEACHERS
LOVE GOD FIRST
I love Shadowbrook because the school is full of women who love God first, and my children as their own. We don’t view them as teachers, rather family. When you walk into the school, you can feel the love they have for the kids and the passion they have to teach your children about God and his love.
- Jill Balmes
HOME AWAY
FROM HOME
We absolutely LOVE it at Shadowbrook! All three of our boys have attended here since they were one year old, my oldest is now 10 and our youngest is currently in the 2 year old class. You can’t find another environment this amazing. It has become a home away from home for them. What means the most to us is the love the teachers and staff show for our kids and the passion they have for teaching God's love for them. They truly pour their heart and soul into developing our little ones with such care and kindness. We are so thankful we have gotten to be a part of the Shadowbrook family for the last nine years. We never want to leave!
